Nevada travel is fun to plan:  here are some fun trip ideas and great destinations.

Glitz and glamour, city lights and high rollers, casinos and five star hotels, cowboys and showgirls, chamber music and bald eagles, desert and oases:  the dichotomy of Nevada is refreshing!

In the afternoon you can explore a historic mine district and the same evening you can take in a concert.  Cruise along the Colorado River to see the Grand Canyon, or check out Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam.

Death Valley is a definite must-see, and of course, you’ll want to see the amazing and fantastic collection of casinos and hotels in Las Vegas.

You can enjoy skiing, biking and hiking in the Toiyabe National Forest and Lee Canyon Ski Area.

Red Rock Canyon, outside of Las Vegas, has been sculpted from a 400 million year old sea bed.  The Valley of Fire is the site of an early American Indian civilization and has over 26,000 acres of beautiful sandstone.
